Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Triposplat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Triposplat provides an image-to-3D workflow that submits user-provided images and generation settings to AI infrastructure, including fal.ai, to create downloadable 3D Gaussian splat files in supported formats such as PLY or SPLAT.

The service may include account management, credits, billing, admin settings, file handling, and generation history. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product and model ecosystem change.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring you have the rights to upload and process each image.
• Reviewing generated outputs before using them in commercial, public, or regulated contexts.
• Complying with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party model or provider terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Triposplat to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, private, confidential, or rights-infringing content.
• Generate, distribute, or attempt to monetize assets that violate third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Bypass authentication, credits, billing, safety checks, or rate limits.
• Use generated content in unsafe, deceptive, or unlawful ways.

AI Outputs

AI-generated 3D outputs can contain artifacts, inaccuracies, incomplete geometry, or unexpected visual results. Triposplat does not guarantee that generated files are suitable for manufacturing, safety-critical systems, final game assets, trademark use, or any specific downstream pipeline without your own review and testing.

Payments and Credits

Paid plans, credits, and subscriptions are billed through supported payment providers. Credits may be consumed when generation requests are submitted or completed, depending on the configured billing rules. Refunds are handled case by case unless a separate refund policy states otherwise.

Third-Party Services

Triposplat depends on third-party providers for AI inference, hosting, authentication, storage, payment, and email. Provider availability, pricing, latency, output quality, and terms may change outside our control.

Intellectual Property

You retain your rights in images you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated outputs as allowed by applicable law and relevant provider or model terms. We retain rights to the Triposplat application, design, code, branding, and service infrastructure.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using Triposplat or close your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triposplat is provided without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or downstream damages related to use of the service or generated outputs.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as Triposplat changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
